Scope and Notes

To ensure that all participants and those responsible have the same expectations of our continuing education offerings, we have summarized the most important framework conditions here.

What does the Digital Academy offering include?

The Digital Academy offers structured online continuing education courses on business software, IT processes, and cloud technologies. This includes interactive learning modules, certification programs, and progress analyses for companies. All content is geared toward professional practice and is continuously adapted to current software versions.

Who are the learning contents intended for?

Our learning modules are aimed at employees and teams who want to specifically expand their skills in using digital business solutions. Prior knowledge in the respective field is helpful but not strictly required. The introductory modules teach the basics, while subsequent levels delve deeper into specific use cases.

How are certifications awarded?

Certificates are issued upon completion of a defined learning path and successful final examination. The exams take place online and are assessed according to established criteria. A certificate documents the performance achieved but does not replace official or legally required qualification proofs.

What technical requirements apply?

Using the learning platform requires a current browser and a stable internet connection. The learning environment is optimized for desktop devices, and the most important functions can also be used on tablets. Certain exercises may require a separate test environment, which is described in the respective module.

How are progress analyses collected?

The progress analysis is based on the modules, exercises, and exams completed within the platform. The evaluation serves individual learning support and quality assurance. Companies receive aggregated overviews upon request, which do not contain personal individual values.

How current are the training contents?

The contents are regularly adapted to new software versions and changed process standards. Between two release cycles, there may be discrepancies between the training material and the current software interface. In such cases, we specifically point this out within the modules.

Learning modules that make a difference in daily work

Our platform combines interactive training with clear progress tracking. This way, further education doesn't remain theory but changes daily work with business software.

Practical Experience

How companies work with our learning modules after training their teams – as reported by those responsible themselves.

Project Management · SAP Training

The modular structure convinced us. Our employees were able to apply the content directly in their day-to-day work without interrupting operations. The progress analysis clearly shows where further practice is needed.

Dr. Alexandrea Rechberger Head of IT Organization, Industrial Company
HR Development · Cloud Certification

The preparation for the cloud certification was more practical than any in-person training we have booked so far. The practice cases reflect real system environments, not just theoretical concepts.

Ms. Melanie Kohl B.A. HR Manager, Service Company
Department Management · Process Training

We used the learning platform for the introduction of new company software. The short learning units were easy to integrate into everyday work. The certificates hold high value internally.

Nicole Löffler Head of Financial Processes
IT Management · System Training

Aligning the content with our specific system landscape made the difference. Participants came to the final exam with clear questions – and returned to their workplaces with solid answers.

Mr. Valentin Barth B.Eng. IT Manager, Logistics Company
Executive Management · Training Program

For us, the measurable effect counts: fewer support requests, faster onboarding of new colleagues. The platform has noticeably relieved our internal training processes.

Lorenz Zeller MBA. Managing Director, Trading Company

How long does a learning module take?

The modules are designed for everyday professional life and take between 45 and 90 minutes. You can pause at any time and resume later – your progress is saved automatically.

What prerequisites do employees need?

Basic computer skills are sufficient. The content starts with the processes of the business software and gradually introduces cloud technologies and IT workflows. No prior knowledge is required.

How are certifications assessed?

After completing a learning path, your employees take an online exam with practical tasks. Upon success, a certificate is issued that documents the qualification level achieved.

Can we adapt learning content to our processes?

Yes. On request, we supplement modules with your internal workflows and terminology. This way, your teams learn directly on the systems and processes that are actually used in their daily work.

How do we get insight into learning progress?

The dashboard shows the processing status, results achieved, and completed certifications for each department and individual. The evaluation can be exported as a report.

What support is included in the program?

During the implementation phase, you will be accompanied by a dedicated contact person. If you have questions about content or the platform, we typically respond within one business day via email or phone.
